involved in in the day to day aspects or running a long term care facility,
including admitting patients, managing the building, directing staff,
budgeting, etc.

Education: Nursing home administrators must
have a bachelor’s degree, and most hold masters degrees in health
administration or other relevant fields.
Reflection: I wouldn’t like to become one
because I personally do not like to work with papers and I think that it will
be a lot of responsibility for me.
