and Responsibilities: It was originated in ancient China and it has evolved over thousands of
years. The TCM practitioners use herbal medicines and various mind and body practice’s
such as acupuncture, tai chi, to treat or prevent health problems.
Salary:
$29.71 per hour
Education:
Students who
complete the prescribed course will be awarded a master of Acupuncture and
Oriental Medicine Degree with a major in acupuncture and oriental medicine. The
states that regulate and license professional acupuncturists recognize this
degree as meeting requisite academic credential requirements.

Reflection: I think this type of medicine is pretty interesting because
it’s different and not many people know about it. I wouldn’t like to become one,
but I sure would like to try it just to see if it actually works and how it
might make me feel.
